I purchased a beautiful Proline table from Franklin Billiards several yea... rs ago. Jeff has taken great care in the disassembly and reassembly during a recent move to a newer home. I was having new carpet installed in my home and thought the installers could work around my table. They informed me that they would not be able to do this for liability reasons. I reached out to Franklin and asked if there was any way I could get ... it moved today. I caught they with in between appointments and they showed up and disassembled my table in 45 minutes allowing my carpet installer to complete my job. Franklin was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The helped us out of an incredible bind and it was so very much appreciated. They asked me to contact their office and get scheduled for them to set it back up the following week, which I did. I highly recommend them for service and we will direct our new entertainment purchases with them in the future.Read more

They set up my pool table perfectly. The whole process was great and super easy. Jeff is a pro and seemed to know everything about my table! I highly recommend Franklin Billiard Company. Well worth the money.
